To make our bees, we
heat local clover honey
from Draper's Apiaries
in Millerton, PA
just to the point of
caramelization, adding
cream, sugar and a
touch of sea salt.
The decadent caramel
is then poured into
Valrhona 62% dark
chocolate shells that have
been painted by hand with
colored cocoa butter
to resemble bumble bees.
