To make our Every Flavor Collection, we infuse real herbs and spices into fresh cream,
then mix the infused cream into a variety of amazingly complex Valrhona chocolate
blends, melting them together to create ten different flavors of ganache.
The full assortment features Raspberry, Fresh Mint, Coffee-Whiskey, Lavender Honey,
Bergamot, Strawberry, Passion Fruit, Ginger, Lemongrass and Star Anise Ganache, with
each delicately-infused flavor blended with the milk or dark chocolate that accents
and enhances it the best. Each piece is then enrobed in a layer of dark chocolate and
carefully marked by hand before the chocolate dries to indicate the flavor inside.
